Even though we had some decent names in the field to start the week, this is not the star-studded leaderboard the PGA Tour was hoping for. With NFL kicking off its season, the ratings for the Safeway Open are going to take a huge hit. The die hard golf fans like ourselves might be interested in a James Hahn and Brian Stuard final pairing (maybe not if I’m being honest), but the masses won’t be tuning in. As I always say for round four, attack the win equity at the very top (which is really spread out given how many guys are in the mix) and take some chances down the leaderboard. For what it’s worth, we could see some decent wind gusts late in the afternoon.
