PGA DFS Value Breakdown: AT&T Byron Nelson

Selecting the absolute best value out there is crucial to cruising to the top of the leaderboards. TJ “tjl5124” Laessig, a high stakes DFS grinder, will dive into the player pool, evaluating roster construction and picking out his favorite value options for the week’s tournament.

AT&T Byron Nelson

This week golfers will head to TPC Craig Ranch for one last tournament before the PGA Championship. The Byron Nelson has switched locations a few times and this will be another new course, so we do not have any course history to leverage. That said, this course has four gettable par 5s and a potentially driveable par 4, and I will be looking for golfers with distance off the tee. On top of that, I’ll be weighting general ball striking and targeting birdie makers, particularly ones with par 5 scoring. From a roster construction standpoint, Bryson and Rahm stand above the field in terms of top end talent, and the value range is a bit dicey. Finding the right value plays to pair with your elite golfers will be key this week – let’s dive into my favorite options.
