PGA DFS Value Breakdown: AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Selecting the absolute best value out there is crucial to cruising to the top of the leaderboards. Drew “redkacheek” Mathews, the 2018 DraftKings Masters Millionaire Maker winner, will dive into the player pool, picking out his favorite value options for the week’s tournament.

Well, RIP “Finau at 5% ownership” lineups. Pretty incredible for how well he played to then get tracked down by Webb and ultimately lose in a playoff. Of all the weeks, when you see a Top 5 player possibly the absolute lowest ownership in his range, you have to like your chances. Unfortunately it did not pan out and we may never see sub-10% ownership on Finau the rest of the season.
But I digress…take a deep breath and move forward to the slowest tournament on the PGA Tour. While Pebble Beach is truly spectacular, it is a brutal tournament to follow. Fortunately for us (or at least how I view it), I am not as interested in watching each round as just playing DFS and following along throughout each day. Due to the length of these rounds (approaching 6 hours), this may be a great opportunity for you to put down ShotTracker and enjoy your Saturday cut-sweat. The field strength is once again top-heavy, dropping off significantly after the Top 10 players. We will certainly need some values to afford players like DJ, Casey and Day, so let’s take a look who stands out for some safe 3 round value. I will also note, due to the difficulty of these courses, the 3 round rotation is not attacked the same way as we did at the AmEx a few weeks ago. With these courses averaging about Even Par, +/- half a stroke, safety in terms of wGIR and Bogey Avoidance will be more important to fantasy performances this week.
