Selecting the absolute best value out there is crucial to cruising to the top of the leaderboards. TJ “tjl5124” Laessig, will dive into the player pool, evaluating roster construction and picking out his favorite value options for the week’s tournament.
AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
We have another multi-course rotation this week, this time with three of them, highlighted by Pebble Beach which is where golfers will finish on Sunday. For the most part, you don’t need a ton of distance to compete on any of these courses and I’ll be focusing on iron play, specifically short irons and wedges. With a guaranteed three rounds and a relatively weak field overall, we can be aggressive with our lineup constructions and look to gain leverage on the field. With the weaker group of golfers, the value range does not offer the firepower it did at Torrey Pines, but there are still plenty of options we can go to in order to fit the elite golfers like Patrick Cantlay at the top of the pricing tier. Let’s dive into my favorite plays below $7500 on DraftKings.
