PGA DFS Value Breakdown: Charles Schwab Challenge

Selecting the absolute best value out there is crucial to cruising to the top of the leaderboards. TJ “tjl5124” Laessig, a high stakes DFS grinder, will dive into the player pool, evaluating roster construction and picking out his favorite value options for the week’s tournament.

It has a historic moment in the golf world this past weekend, as Phil Mickelson became the oldest major winner with his victory at the PGA Championship. It was an exciting weekend of golf and for me, one of the most memorable wins since Tiger winning the Masters in 2019.

This week, we head to Colonial Country Club for the Charles Schwab Challenge. This is an invitational event with a smaller field of 120 golfers, which means we should have an easier time getting 6/6 golfers through the cut. We have some firepower at the top of the board and a number of options in the mid-range, but the value plays are a bit thin this week. With limited options to choose from, we will want to make sure we narrow things down and find the right golfers to pair with our top-end talent. Let’s dive into the guys I’m looking at for my lineups this week.
