PGA DFS Value Breakdown: Sanderson Farms Championship

Selecting the absolute best value out there is crucial to cruising to the top of the leaderboards. TJ “tjl5124” Laessig, a high stakes DFS grinder, will dive into the player pool, evaluating roster construction and picking out his favorite value options for the week’s tournament.

Sanderson Farms Championship

This week we head to the Country Club of Jackson for the Sanderson Farms Championship. We have a bit of a stronger field than we saw at the Corales and we should recognize a few more names as we scroll through the player pool. The course sets up as another birdie fest, with four par 5’s for the players to attack and make their fair share of birdies and eagles. As is often the case, I will be focusing on ball strikers this week, specifically focusing on approach. Distance is certainly nice to have, but not an absolute must on this course. We will also want golfers that can get hot with the putter and I will be looking into Bermuda putting splits as well. From a roster construction standpoint, there are a number of ways to go and this sets up as a week where both stars and scrubs and balanced builds are viable. Let’s check out a few of my favorite value plays on the board.
