PGA DFS Value Breakdown: The American Express

The American Express

This week at the American Express, we have a three-course rotation between three of the easiest courses on Tour. Each golfer will be guaranteed to play three rounds, which leads me to target scorers that can make plenty of birdies and allows us to be more aggressive with our roster constructions. Jon Rahm and Patrick Cantlay stand head and shoulders above the field, and I’ll be looking to create stars and scrubs rosters to take advantage of the win equity from the top two players. That said, the 7k and 6k range is one of the weakest I can remember, with a lack of stand out plays this week. In MME, I’d look to spread my exposure among the value plays, while getting overweight on Rahm and Cantlay up top. Let’s dive into my favorite options of the week.
