The Masters
After getting the opportunity to walk Augusta during Monday’s practice round this week, I am more excited than ever for the Masters. This is always my favorite tournament of the year and with the number of elite golfers in today’s game, plus the return of Tiger, it should make for an incredible weekend. It takes a little bit of everything to win at Augusta, but it will be ball striking first and foremost for me. Golfers will need distance to compete and will also need to clean up the short game with the sloping greens at Augusta. From a roster construction standpoint, 6 of 6 will be a must considering the small field and “dead weight” at the bottom. It’s a great week to build multiple lineups with a wide set of GPPs available on DraftKings. When it comes to the value range, there are some strong plays in the 7k range that are going to come in chalky, but I don’t mind eating the chalk at a tournament like this. There are slim pickings below 7k, but we can find some punt options that allow us to fit in our favorite high-priced golfers in the 10k+ tier. Let’s dive into my favorite plays!
