PGA DFS Value Breakdown: Travelers Championship

Selecting the absolute best value out there is crucial to cruising to the top of the leaderboards. TJ “tjl5124” Laessig, a high stakes DFS grinder, will dive into the player pool, evaluating roster construction and picking out his favorite value options for the week’s tournament.

Travelers Championship

Jon Rahm put on an incredible performance on Sunday in a very memorable US Open finish. As a big Rahm supporter, it was great to see him lock in the major victory after the unfortunate situation that played out at the Memorial. In my view, he is the best golfer in the world and he always plays his best at the most difficult courses. Following the weekend at Torrey Pines, we have a relatively strong field heading to TPC River Highlands for the Travelers Championship. The course is on the shorter end and is a par 70, so I will be placing an emphasis on the approach game. You will need to make a lot of birdies in order to win this tournament and I expect -15 or better to end up the winner come Sunday. From a roster construction standpoint, I do like a number of the guys at the high-end, which means we will need to hit the right value plays in order to take down our cash game and GPP contests this weekend. Let’s dive into my favorite options!
