PGA GPP Breakdown: AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Top-ranked grinder, STLCardinals84, will break down his top GPP golf targets for the coming week’s tournament, going over his favorite plays at various price ranges. Who better than PGA DFS master, STLCards, to help you on your way?
AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Welcome back, Grinders! With the NFL season over (mercifully, I might add, after that game last night), a lot more DFS players will turn to playing some golf! We also have large prize pools this week. DK has a $500,000 prize pool and two $300,000 prize pool tournaments available, and the FD product is growing, as well. There is some momentum in the DFS golf world right now, and that’s great to see!
Like the Desert Classic three weeks ago, we have a multi-course rotation in play for this Pro-Am. Pebble Beach will be the host course, while each golfer will also play a round on Spyglass Hill and Monterey Peninsula Country Club over the first three days. The cut will come after the third round, with the top 60 professionals making it to the final round. That differs slightly from the cut rule at most events, and the reason for that is because the top professional and amateur teams also make it to Sunday at this event. Narrowing the field is a little more important in the interests of time management, given the limited daylight hours at this time of year. Pebble Beach will host the final round for those who end up making the cut.
