Desert Classic
Welcome back, golf fans! We are back with some GPP picks for this week’s tournament, which is the “Desert Classic” that was formerly known as the “CareerBuilder Challenge.” I can say with confidence that “Desert Classic” has a much better ring to it. The Tour moves from Hawaii to Arizona for this event. For those of you who are not familiar with this event, get ready for some changes from the normal format.
1) This is a pro-am event, the first of two which we will see over the coming weeks.
2) In order to accommodate the extra golfers, THREE courses are utilized. Each golfer will play one round on the three courses, before the cut takes place after the THIRD round.
