This week we have a brand-new course, and a lack of star power has left us with a lot of brand-new names to pore through, and some old familiars to fall back on!

Brendan Steele (40% GPP, 80% Cash) – This guy was a fan-favorite last week, and didn’t disappoint, so everyone’s taking their hard-earned dollars from last week and doubling-down! Eighty percent in any format is an incredible number! I think most people, even if they didn’t have him last week, got burned by him last week and have rostered him to avoid making the same mistake twice.

Kyle Stanley (30% GPP, 60% Cash) – Stanley has been noticed for great ball-striking and tee to green prowess, while still not being a household name. The combination is where DFS hopefuls thrive – expecting a big breakout to come any week now!

Rickie Fowler (27% GPP, 17% Cash) – Rickie is the lone elite golfer in the field, and he’s garnered the attention he deserves. He was by far the most popular choice for paying-up, and we see the typical trend of people shying away from top-dollar golfers in cash games.

Adam Hadwin (26% GPP, 45% Cash) – Hadwin has gotten a lot of play this week in a weak field, on a short course. He had a dazzling run earlier in the season, and that can hold some weight when options are thin. The momentum was behind him early in the week from the expert articles, and he ended up being thought of as a safe choice (famous last words!) for a cheap golfer this week.

Tony Finau (22% GPP, 43% Cash) – Finau might not be your first choice on a short course with only two par 5’s, but there’s a lot of love for Tony in DFS, and it’s going to take more than a pesky little course fit to keep people off of his all-around tee-to-green prowess. As is usually the case, his boom or bust potential may likely come down to putting!

Good luck everyone. See you next week!
