PGA DFS Showdown Picks and Projections – Round 2
It will be interesting to see how Round 2 plays out, as the forecast does not look pretty. It’s calling for 30+ MPH gusts throughout the day with rain in the morning. There’s a good chance we see a delay and a small chance we won’t see any golf on Friday. If we look at the Saturday forecast, there could be rain in the morning with little to no wind. Ideally for showdown, we want our golfers to play as many holes of the second round as possible on Saturday. For this reason, I am leaning toward stacking the afternoon tee times. Even if there isn’t a delay, it looks like the wind in the afternoon on Friday won’t be quite as bad as the wind in the morning.
