PGA DFS Showdown Picks and Projections – Round 3
There are a handful of weeks a year where I chalk up my main slate to a loss by Friday morning. This was one of those slates. I ended up doing two main lineups and they both had at least two missed cuts. To quote Ron Burgundy, “I’m not even mad, that’s amazing.” The 6/6 percentage is sitting just above 5% in most contests, so it’s another week where if you have 6/6, you are sitting pretty heading into the weekend. Justin Thomas was unable to hold onto his lead, as he shot +2 for the day. Ludvig Aberg was -6 on Friday and now holds a one shot lead heading into the final two rounds. It looks like we could actually get some wind and rain on Saturday, so we should expect some tougher scoring conditions.
