PGA DFS Showdown Picks and Projections – Round 3
It shouldn’t surprise anyone, but Scottie Scheffler currently holds a 3-shot lead at the Memorial Tournament. His tee to green game is always impeccable, and all of a sudden, he’s gaining strokes regularly on the greens. This could really be the year of Scheffler. Did anyone see the new videos released from his arrest? Crazy. While Scheffler is the clear favorite (-175) heading into the weekend, this is a course where you can easily give away strokes. I expect Jack Nicklaus and the grounds crew to have a very tough setup on Saturday, so again, I am looking for good ball strikers that don’t mind difficult golf courses. As of Friday evening, there doesn’t seem to be an edge for the morning or afternoon tee times.
