PGA DFS: Round 4 Showdown Picks & Projections - THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson
PGA DFS Showdown Picks and Projections – Round 4
Taylor Pendrith… one time, my friend!
After firing a bogey-free 63 on Saturday, he currently owns a one-shot lead over Jake Knapp and a two-shot lead over Matt Wallace and Ben Kohles. As bettors and DFS players, I believe we are granted one “one time” to use each year. After betting Pendrith at +10000 to win pre-tournament, I would like to cash in my one time. That will leave me with seven more months without another, but it would certainly be worth it if he can pull off the win.
I’m not exactly sure why, but the PGA TOUR has decided to use split tees and groups of three on Sunday (after not doing either on Saturday). This is a move that they failed to do at the RBC Heritage and had to finish the event on Monday due to the storms that were always in the forecast. There are no thunderstorms in sight this week. Perhaps they are reading the forecast for the event two weeks ago. Anyway, with stacked up tee times, there won’t be much of an edge on the weather front.
