MLB PrizePicks Predictions Today

Ronald Acuna – More Than 9.5 Fantasy Points

Surprise! The Braves are on the slate, so Ronald Acuna makes the article once again. While PrizePicks was smart enough not to list him for 1.5 total bases, we can still take advantage of his fantasy points number. Acuna is currently 3rd in the MLB with 11 stolen bases, and as long as he gets on base, he should have no trouble eclipsing 9.5 fantasy points by swiping a bag or two. He has struggled with power so far this season, but Logan Allen has also given up a .271 ISO and 49.3% hard-hit rate to righties this season, so this is the perfect get-right spot.

Chris Bassitt – Less Than 17.5 Pitching Outs

Bassitt has been pitching very well this season, but he draws one of the toughest matchups imaginable against the Dodgers. He has always struggled significantly more against lefties, and tonight, he should face at least 5 of them, including Shohei Ohtani, Max Muncy, and Freddie Freeman. Bassitt projects for 16.5 pitching outs in the RotoGrinders projections, and this pick has a 72.74% win rate in the Fantasy Pick’em Tool, which is the highest on the slate.

Gunnar Henderson – More Than 1.5 Total Bases

While the Braves are the only team on the slate with an implied team total over 5 runs, the Orioles still find themselves in one of the best spots of the night. They will take on an abysmal Oakland team outside of their home pitcher-friendly ballpark and get to face an incredibly low-strikeout pitcher, Ross Stripling. Henderson has a .367 ISO against RHP this season and projects for 2.2 total bases in the RotoGrinders projections.
