Rankings Update 8/24: We're Back!
Hey everyone! Despite a brief hiatus from updating the Grinders Leaderboard, we are finally back and ready to give you all of the juicy news involving the best and brightest daily fantasy sports players. Two weeks off means we will have an article this week that is filled with players making big moves up the board. The past few weeks have been super busy with the NFL promos being launched and I personally can’t wait to get this rankings write-up back in full gear once we have football and baseball going on simultaneously. If you aren’t excited about the NFL kickoff promotions then I just don’t think you have a pulse. Without further ado, let’s take a look at the notable Grinders scorching daily fantasy opponents as the summer winds down.
Top-25 Movement
The biggest player moving up the board since the last article was Condia who surpassed Rudzia555 for fourth on the leaderboard. Neither have played in awhile so this isn’t really all that significant, except the fact that Condia is priming up for NFL season and is set to be on the prowl and ready to kill it again following last seasons MASSIVE successes. Next up, you have GeneralV who slid up one spot to 12th overall from the last update. Right behind him came a big 3-spot jump from Csuram88, moving from 16th to 13th and now sitting just 3 spots out of the Top-10. The last mover in the Top-25 was able to move 2 places up from 24th to find himself at 22nd overall. Congrats to Mbomb44 and we will certainly be paying attention to his movement in the weeks ahead.

Movers and Shakers
A LOT of movement since our last update so I will try and get as many shout-outs in as humanly possible during this section. First up, we have ReignonU who now stands just outside the Top-25 after pushing from 33rd to 27th place overall. Rockem73 successfully moved 5 places up the leaderboard from 39th to 34th so big congrats to him! Next is SprtsNut4Ever who continues to be on our radar after again jumping 8 places this week. He moved 8 spots from 58th to 50th overall and is now officially in the top half of the Top-100 Grinders! That was tied for the third biggest jump with another red-hot player, StlCardinals84 who also made an 8 place leap and now finds himself comfortably at 69th place. Just a few weeks ago I was wondering whether he could stay in the Top-100, now he’s pushing towards the Top-50, wow! Beastin also moved 5 spots up the board from 76th to 71st overall so big props to Beastin on his success. Our biggest jump of the week came towards the bottom third of the Top-100 as Dooger1234 jumped all the way from 84th to 74th overall, congrats on all your winnings! The second biggest jump is awarded to DoppelSykes who’s 9-spot move left him just behind Dooger1234 for “jump of the week”. He moves from 95th to 86th overall, congratulations on that!
New Players on the GLB
Two new players graced us with their presence on the Grinders Leaderboard this week, one starting out all the way in the Top-40! First, we had AP4Pres who moved into the 99th position on the leaderboard and is clearly a large Adrian Peterson fan. Congrats to AP4Pres and I hope your daily fantasy success holds up better than Peterson’s knee did last season. The other new player on the GLB, coming in at 39th place overall, is Neogamer8. NeoGamer8 looks primed to make more big moves in the upcoming week as he steamrolls his competition. He’s definitely en fuego so look out for him in your leagues!
