Rankings Update: BrettFavre444 Dominates the Month of May
Welcome to the final Grinders Rankings Update in the month of May. In today’s edition, we will be updating the top players from the month that was as well as the biggest movers from the past seven days. Last week, the end of the daily fantasy NBA season stole the headlines and this week the end of May will take the lead. Daily fantasy baseball is in full-swing and the movement we will see in the rankings over the next few months will be entirely based on MLB action. So if you consider yourself an MLB guru, now is your chance to make a big move up the leaderboard. Enough chit-chat, let’s get this started because there is plenty of activity to discuss.
Top Ten Update
There has been a battle in the top three over the past few weeks, as BrettFavre444, Maxdalury and Beermakersfan have been battling it out within those three positions. BrettFavre444 maintained his #1 position this week, but Maxdalury surpassed Beermakersfan for #2 just a week after Beermakersfan was able to make the same jump past Maxdalury. Stick with me here for a second. Beermakersfan held the #1 position for one week before being passed by both Maxdalury and BrettFavre444. Since then, Beermakersfan and Maxdalury have flip-flopped the #2 and #3 positions almost every week. Truly a great battle taking place on top the board and something to look out for going forward.
New Players on the Board
There were four players new to the leaderboard this week. The first is a new Grinders member who has been in the game awhile and is probably well-known over on his go-to site, FanDuel. Dragon808 has over $47K in winnings in the past year and joins Grinder Nation ranked at #35 overall. Welcome to the Nation, Dragon808. The second player to make the leaderboard this week was Dsheaffer who joins the board at an impressive 83rd place. Look for him to continue playing well as the MLB season progresses. Birdwings finds himself on the board for the first time in the #98 position and will need to continue his winning ways to stay in the top 100 but is certainly red-hot right now. The final player to add his name to the leaderboard is someone catching a lot of attention around the DFS world right now, Balldontlie. He only started playing in April, but has won over $27K in just a short period of time. He is certainly someone to look out for, as he likes to spread his money across FanDuel, DraftStreet and DraftDay.
Movers And Shakers
The biggest jump of the week belongs to Alsmizzle who was able to move 21 places up the leaderboard to find himself at #71 overall. Almost $8K in winnings over the past week on DailyJoust and FanDuel have propelled Alsmizzle to a whole new level of play. He is certainly one of the most dangerous MLB players right now. The other double-digit jump of the week belongs to a guy who has been making it his job to catapult up the board, and into the rankings shout outs, every seven days. Nexten27 used another solid week to find himself at 44th overall with an 11 place move. Great work to Nexten27 and we will continue to monitor his success in the weeks ahead.

Monthly Update
The #1 spot this month belongs to BrettFavre444 who continues to just dominate the DraftStreet circuit with his incredible play. His GLB score for the month was a little over 70K, a number that more than doubles the second place Maxdalury. Third place for the month belongs to Shulkin who stands in 42nd place on the overall board and collected over $50K in winnings throughout May. Fourth place for the month goes to a guy we talked about earlier as one of the hottest players around, Nexten27. The fifth place spot for May was taken by Turdferguson who spreads his money across a number of sites and wins consistently on each.
