WILD NIGHT OF ELECTION BETTING
If you had the courage to open up Twitter on Tuesday night, you probably saw plenty of debate in the DFS community about odds and line movement for the election. Side action was flying everywhere with the market fluctuating wildly.
Our guy Blenderhd had boots on the ground, closely following the scene. Here’s his analysis of what went down:
“Joe Biden held steady as a slight favorite heading into the first polls closing, but the initial results from Florida sent the odds on a roller coaster ride.
Underperforming the Latino vote in Miami-Dade, it gave a glimpse that the pre-election polling may have indeed been off by a hefty margin. Sensing that could bleed over to other states, Biden’s odds dropped dramatically. At one point in the night, President Trump was a -700 favorite at some books.
Slowly, though, the markets started to correct themselves when the initial results from Arizona came in to show Biden over-performing his baseline. By the wee hours in the morning, Biden was back to being the slight favorite he was from the very beginning.”
Election night was a huge example of how many people can confuse simultaneous and sequential games.

The votes have already been cast. The order in which they are counted doesn’t matter.
And there were some hefty sums thrown around throughout the evening in the DFS streets. The Swolecast guys weighed in on the hundreds of thousands being wagered at the 1:20 mark of this week’s episode.

NASCAR DFS FINALE
It’s Championship week for NASCAR!
The action kicks off with Trucks on Friday night and XFINITY on Saturday afternoon. Stevietpfl will have projections and a breakdown article for both.
The season wraps up on Sunday with the NASCAR Cup Series Season Finale 500. Denny Hamlin, Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, and Chase Elliott will battle it out for the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series title.

Pretty mixed results, definitely a tough situation to navigate last week. Had to fade a couple games (NE/BUF, LV/CLE) but jam in the studs from MIN/GB (Dalvin Cook and Davante Adams). Tricky.
