In Case You Missed It
- The Grizz Stayin’ Alive – Zbo and the Grizzlies took down the Heat last night 107-101 to keep their playoffs hope alive. With only a week left in the NBA regular season, there is a lot on the line for some teams over the next few weeks. Randolph finished the game with 25 points and 11 rebounds to record a double double.
- Low Stakes Grinder Hits it Big – We spend a lot of time talking about the big names we all know in DFS just because of the massive amount of money won in these GPPs. But believe me when I tell you that there are Grinders at the lower stakes that are just as talented as the big guys. Here at RG we always pull for our own, and last night low stakes grinder cjhopkins07 edged out 1300+ players in the Line Drive to take down a $2k first place prize. Congrats CJ!
Today’s Events
- DraftDay Interview on the Podcast – DraftDay Co-Founder Andrew Wiggins joins Dan on the podcast to talk about the recent sale of site, the highs and lows of running a site & the future of Daily Fantasy Sports.
- Today’s Action – A huge 11 game schedule in the rink tonight to go along with a few big hockey GPPs. 9 games lined up in the MLB tonight, a few of which are baseball games. As always, make sure to check how your site splits up the games, because everyone does it differently. Only 2 games in the Association tonight, so it might be a better night to just watch some basketball and play the other sports.
- Today’s GPP’s – The big event of the day is the $120,000 NHL Power Play over on FanDuel. $15k to first place at a $100 buy in, and it looks like it could overlay quite a bit. On the baseball side of things, FanDuel has $40k Strikeout running, and DraftKings has a $15k High Heat.
