In Case You Missed It
- Grinder Scores on the Power Play – FanDuel had it’s $120k guaranteed Power Play last night, and despite early estimates, it actually came pretty close to filling. Great news, because the closer these tournaments get to filling, the more likely they are to run more of them! Grinders showed up big in this event, with ehafner taking down first, third, and tenth. Congrats ehaf! And of course we can’t forget our very own Pepsi7, who also came in with a nice 4th place finish.
Today’s Events
- Today’s Action – After taking a night off (mostly), the NBA comes back in full force with a 13 game schedule. The same can be said with baseball, as we’re looking at a 15 game night in the MLB, all of which are night games. After the split slates from the past few days it should be nice to get a full slate around the same time so that we know the majority of the lineups already. And after a big night in hockey last night, there’s another decent sized 7 game slate for tonight.
- Today’s GPP’s – DraftKings is running it’s first qualifier to it’s Legend Series final event in Atlantis tonight. It’s a $200 buy in, and the winner wins one of just 50 seats to the finals. If that’s a bit out of your price range, FanDuel is running a $25 version of the qualifiers for the DFBC as well. 2100 people will be in that tournament, with the winner taking a trip to Vegas for their final. Over on DraftStreet there are a couple $10k MLB tournaments, and a few smaller satellites to their upcoming $100k Pick Em game.
