In Case You Missed It
- Wold Cup Underway – I dropped the ball a bit yesterday and forgot to mention the World Cup in my article, but it kicked off yesterday afternoon with Brazil squaring off against Croatia. Brazil, the host of the Cup had a harder time than expected taking down Croatia, and had to come from behind to do it after a Marcelo goal in the 11th minute. But in the end, Neymar’s 2 goals helped them overcome the deficit to win 3-1.
- DirtyGirl in the Bahamas – The 5 player FBC Qualifier on DraftKings ran last night, with all 5 finalists being Grinders members. But in the end, DirtyGirl beat out the competition and took home the trip to Atlantis along with a shot at a million bucks. At the same time, DirtyGirl also took down the Perfect Game on DK for a $10,000 score, so I think it’s pretty safe to say that he had a good night last night. Congrats man!

- Tonight’s Action – The next three games of the World Cup kick off today, starting with Mexico vs Camroon (not to be confused with Cameron – totally different, also probably not very good at soccer) at noon EST. We also have Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals tonight, where every game is do or die for the Rangers. And on top of all of that, there is a full 15 game schedule in baseball tonight.
