For those of you that may have missed the announcement last week CruzinToVictory has accepted a full time position with RotoGrinders. He will be the new Product Coordinator and resident “Tool Polisher” at the RG headquarters in Tennessee. Congrats and best of luck Cruzin!

Weekend Update
- Weekend Winners – Friday was a big day for championship qualifiers. The FanDuel $535 DFBC qualifier was won by grinders member Doomsday70 with Al_smizzle finishing 1 point behind him in 2nd place. Over on Draftkings CSURAMM88 took down another seat in the Atlantis final by winning championship qualifier #20. Draftstreet ran a $25 qualifier (#25)to the DSBC where Grinders member Espn444 topped the 1229 player field to secure his championship entry. And on Sunday Sjfx19 took down DSBC qualifier #26. Congrats guys!

- Hardy Finally Dongs – On Saturday J.J Hardy finally hit his first home run of the season ending his 87 game dongless streak. It came in the 8th inning vs the Yankees, the Orioles won 6-1 with all 6 of their runs coming from dongs. Grinders members Rotoking, Pmnsports, Skitso0313,and Jhols1nger all correctly picked Saturday in the RotoGrinders J.J Hardy dong contest and are now competing in a tie breaker to determine the winner. - RotoGrinders Wizard Ethan Moving on – With the news of CruzinToVictory accepting a full time position with RotoGrinders came the announcement that Ethan would be stepping down from RG, and accepting a position at DraftKings. A lot of his work here was behind the scenes, so most of us are not fully aware of how much of a positive impact Ethan has had on the growth of RG and DFS over the last few years. He has been a huge part of this community and we wish him the best in his new position.

- USA World Cup Update – Late in the second half of Sunday’s match the United States had a 2-1 lead over Portugal, but with seconds remaining in extra time Portugal scored off a Ronaldo assist to Varela ending the game a 2-2 draw. In Group G the Unites States and Germany both have 4 points while Ghana and Portugal have 1. The Unites States next plays Germany Thursday at noon on ESPN while Portugal plays Ghana on ESPN2.
- The Travelers Championship – Kevin Streelman won The Travels Championship on Sunday after shooting an incredible 28 on the back nine at The TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut. He birdied the final 7 holes in a row to beat Sergio Garcia and K.J Choi by 1 stroke.
