In Case You Missed It
- Super, Monster Booster – Last night DraftKings ran it’s $100k Super Booster and FanDuel ran the $600k Super Monster. I guess it was a pretty Super Tuesday! One of the notable Grinder finishes was TheDude404 taking down the top spot in the Super Monster for a $100k pay day, a seat in the KOTD tourney, and a trip to Vegas. Congrats man! In the Super Booster, STLCardinals84 rode a 10 team train into the money for a nice $10k pay day, and Thisyaboydlove qualified for the second spot in the 5 person GPP on Friday for the seat to Atlantis.
- StarStreet MLB Grind – After a lot of planning and tweaking, the StarStreet MLB Grind finally kicked off last night with 30 players grinding it out for the top spot and their share of the side pot, as well as that $530 PBC ticket. The guys are finishing up the leaderboard page which should be ready soon, but until then if you’re interested in learning more check out the forum post here.
- I am Shamed – As I’m sure you’ve all heard from now, I forgot to set my lineup last week in Duckie’s Tournament of Shame. I have to admit, this tournament has quickly become one of my favorite games to play/sweat/follow, and I highly recommend that you guys check it out if you haven’t yet. If you’re interested in seeing my shaming, marveling at my striking good looks, or (more likely) just looking for material to make fun of me with, I’ve added the link to my review of the Adam Sandler movie Blended below.

Today’s Events
- Tonight’s Action – The Stanley Cup Finals start tonight!! The puck drops at 8 PM EST tonight in Game 1 of the Finals series between the Rangers and the Kings. Not many analysts give the Rangers much of a chance in this series, but it should be a fun one to watch either way. In the Major Leagues, we have another 15 game schedule today, although a couple of them have odd start times. The Mariners and Braves get started at around noon today and the Pirates and Padres get started at 6:40 tonight. From a quick glance across the industry I didn’t see any contests that included these two games, so it appears that you will likely be playing with a 13 game schedule in your DFS contests tonight, but that’s good enough for me!
