In Case You Missed It
- Heat Can’t Handle the Heat – I’m embarassed to admit that I actually didn’t get a chance to watch the Heat/Spurs game last night. With that said, it would have been hard not to have heard about the debacle that went on in Game 1 last night. For those of you who missed it like I did, it was 87 degrees in San Antonio, and the air conditioning wasn’t working in the stadium. Call me a terrible person, but when I first heard that all I could think of was “I hope the Heat lose so I can use this awesome headline in tomorrow’s R&G.” Lo and behold, LeBron suffered from cramps throughout the fourth quarter and limped off the court with some help from his teammates with 4 minutes to go in the game. In the end the Spurs pulled out the victory 110-95.
- Battle of the Titans – If you were perusing the forums yesterday, you likely came upon a thread titled Calling out Metsfan that was posted by DraftKings rep, FatalError. And if you’re anything like me, that post immediately spiked your interest. The details are being determined behind the scenes, but expect a FanDuel/DraftKings battle royale coming soon to a site near you! The loser will make a donation to some sort of charity of the winner’s choosing, but either way it should be a great event to follow along with. Two sites enter, only ONE leaves! This. Is. ROTOGRINDERS! Never mind that those reference don’t make sense, when in Rome.

- Tonight’s Action – There is one earlier game this afternoon in MLB as the Marlins and Cubs kick the day off at 4:05 EST, but after that the remaining 14 games are 7PM or later. The full schedule comes along with another full slate of huge GPPs, including some big finals qualifiers for all the major sites. It should be a jam packed Friday night!
- Continue the Grind – For those of you in the StarStreet Grind, we’re continuing tonight after a day off yesterday, so make sure to set your lineup. Also, in case you missed it, we will be dropping each player’s lowest finish throughout the event to give everyone some flexibility with the schedule.
