In Case You Missed It
- Wednesday Qualifiers – Last night was a rather slow night in the world of qualifiers, but there were still a few to go around. TommyG, Royalfan, and loveai each won themselves a Golden Ticket on DraftKings, and surprisingly none of them had played a big Marlins stack, despite their 14 run showing. If you didn’t win all the money last night, it’s because you didn’t listen to Smizz on Sirius XM radio last night. He was all OVER the Marlins to put up a huge game, and it certainly paid off for him.
- Heavy Hitter Game 2 – The second game of the first round of the DraftStreet Heavy Hitter bracket was last night, and vegetable_lasagna was the only player to secure his victory in the first round. Birdwings came within a point of taking down BrettFavre444, which would have destroyed quite a few Grinder’s brackets, because a ton of entries had BrettFavre444 going all the way. Can’t say I blame them, but as we all know, you can’t bet against the Birdwings. And if you don’t know who he is… well then shame on you.
Today’s Events
- Tonight’s Action – We have an unusually busy schedule for a Thursday in the MLB, which is great for us DFS players! Most weeks Thursdays are very slow, but we have 5 early games and 8 late games on the schedule today, so there should be plenty to keep us busy all day long. In the NHL, the Rangers look to move one step closer to their trip to the finals in Game 3 of their series with the Canadiens.
