Let the games begin! RotoGrinders and DraftZone have teamed up to bring all of our members an exclusive $200 MLB Freeroll on Wednesday, August 25th 2010!
Everyone who signs up to a daily fantasy site through our links and makes a deposit is invited to play in this freeroll. Remember to use our links when you decide you are ready to test a new site – you will be rewarded with freerolls and other promotions!
About the Contest
At RotoGrinders, we are striving to bring our Members superior content, promotions and value as often as possible. In honor of our recent site launch we have organized this awesome event with DraftZone. The $200 MLB Freeroll will be different from your typical Daily Fantasy game in that we anticipate a much larger field! We are still discussing the details of this promotion with DraftZone, but we are anticipating larger roster sizes to allow for more diversity in lineups, and a top heavy, winner-take-all payout system. This format is not common in most of the large sites. FanDuel, SnapDraft, FSL and even DraftZone’s most trafficked contests are often Heads Up matches. SportsGeek gave the Daily Fantasy world a glimpse into the potential for these matches last NFL season with it’s Guaranteed Prizepools as large as $7,500, often paying over $1,000 to first place, for buy-ins as small as $5+0.50 and $10+1. One of our top member’s, Tippy , started a great discussion on these ‘Daily Fantasy Tournaments’ in our forums. Make sure to check it out! And since we are still discussing the details of the format for this Freeroll with DraftZone, we have created a separate thread for you to give us your input on what you would like to see for this awesome event!
How to Register
To be eligible for this contest you must first use our links to sign up to one of the sites that offers daily games. Just click the link on the sidebar of this or any other page you see on RotoGrinders (or HERE). Next, complete the following:
1) Register for any of the Daily Fantasy sites listed on the page linked above (make sure to use our link!)
2) Deposit ANY amount onto that site
3) Create a DraftZone account using our link on the page linked above (if you do not already have one)
4) Fill out and submit the form on the page linked above
Once we have verified that you have deposited, and are successfully linked through RotoGrinders, you will automatically be entered into the DraftZone $200 Freeroll taking place Wednesday, August 25th!
Future Promotions
If we can make this event a success on DraftZone, this is likely just the tip of the Iceberg as far as RotoGrinders Exclusive Promotions are concerned! We hope that as we grow the community size and build on our passion for Daily Fantasy Sports that we can grow that $200 into $2,000 and beyond!
