Single Entry Series Update: Who's Leading the Pack?

RotoGrinders’ popular Single Entry Series on FanDuel has been taking place over the past three weeks, and we’re starting to see some clear contenders emerging from the pack.

For those who don’t remember, the SES is a five-week competition in which we take your top four scores to determine the ultimate leaderboard winner. We have three different buy-in levels at $5, $30, and $100 to appeal to all users and we are going to take the top two leaders from each buy-in level to take part in a $20K final on December 10th.

The finals will be a six-person contest where the winner will collect $10K. In addition, the 3rd-10th place finishers of each buy-in level will receive a free entry into the $4M WFFC Fan Championship, which also takes place on December 10th.

Payouts for the $20K final are as follows:

DISCLAIMER – Only lineups in NFL Spike, NFL Sweep, and NFL Cover 2 with the designated Single Entry Series title during the main slate on Sundays will count towards the Single Entry Series. Any of these contests that run in alternative slates will not count towards your score.

Let’s take a quick look at each buy-in level to see who is on top and who is still in contention.

$5 Spike Level

Guhrose hasn’t finished in the top 10 of any week yet, but two top 60 finishes have been more than enough to give him the current lead with a 459.20 score, which is more than 15 points ahead of his closest competitor gmenfn92, who finished 7th in Week 2 of the Series. The top RG user is noleroller, who is currently in 13th place with slimpc and baderbear also currently residing in the top 20. Glenn369 put up a massive 201.90 score in Week 2 to win the Spike that week but even that monstrous score is only good enough to put him in 30th overall. He had a paltry 77.62 last week, but the good thing about this contest is you get to keep four of five scores so as long as he improves upon that, his ranking should improve as well.

The current #1 ranked Heavyweight (and #17 overall ranked Grinder), ocdobv is in the top 100 at #74

$30 Sweep Level

It’s a close battle at this level as frankb127 holds a slim four-point lead over moneyteam10 with three rock-solid performances of 120th place or better. The top RG user is keenyo at #11, with x22098 and spcohen74 also in the top 20. Miltonswife took down the Week 1 contest with a 180.88 score and is currently in 26th place overall.

Top ranked Grinder, papagates (#4 overall) is lurking near the bottom of the top 100 and is always a threat to put up a big score and make a move up the leaderboard.

$100 Cover 2 Level

Finally, a player that won a contest sits atop the standings as wolfymma’s Week 2 winning score of 165.20 is good enough with his other two scores to put him in the top spot by just 1.5 points over shaystuntin (who has been remarkably consistent with three top 140 finishes). Miguel130 is the top ranked RG user coming in at #13 with mlenox31 and prodzilla also in the top 20.

RG contributor and #30 ranked overall Grinder, boggslite is in contention at #31, while the likes of top-ranked DFS legends bigpapagates (#37), csuram88 (#49), and scout326 (#61) all within striking distance.
