STLCards' Covering The Bases - Sunday, July 18th
Happy Sunday, Grinders! This should be an fun Sunday slate of games, though we do have some issues to navigate.
The MIA/PHI and SD/WSH games remain on the main slates for all the major DFS sites, but those games are not going to start at their scheduled times. The MIA/PHI game from Saturday still needs to be finished (suspended due to rain), and the same goes for the SD/WSH game from Saturday (suspended due to a shooting just outside the stadium). That means we are not going to have confirmed lineups for any of these four teams by the time rosters lock. That makes it a real problem to target those offenses in any format. The good news is that three of those four teams are facing good pitchers, so we don’t lose out on too much for bats.
