STLCards' Covering The Bases - Tuesday, June 15th
Happy Tuesday, Grinders! Cheese is occupied with his music camp today and needed the day off, so I am back for another 15 game Tuesday slate.
At first glance, this is a slate that is going to offer us a lot of choices for bats and not much for arms, so expect ownership to be a bit concentrated from a pitching perspective.
If you didn’t get a chance to read what Cheese wrote yesterday regarding the current hubbub with spin rates and sticky substances, I would suggest going back and giving that a read. I do agree with his general conclusion that it’s simply too early to figure out with any certainty who was “cheating” and who was not. However, I do understand if some people are hesitant to pay top dollar for ace pitchers in DFS until we see how all this shakes out. It will be very interesting to see over the next few months.
