How about you do lower priced ones so more RG players can participate? Dribbler, block, assist, dime, and one?

The article lays out a timeline that mentions there will be lower priced options in the coming weeks, including block, dime and assist.

Yea I see that, but the best chance of qualifying as a winner is to play every day all 6 weeks correct? I feel you’re alienating a lot of RG members who don’t play $100 and $50 tourneys every night.
I was suggesting why not do all 5 of those contests I listed ($1 – $25) each week. Can start with the $25 as the first and last week?

Just a thought, I know the more expensive ones are geared towards the pros who bring in the most money for the industry, but would be nice to have just 1 single entry tourney that everyone can participate in fully for the whole duration.

Each week is it’s own individual contest. They did a great job of spreading out the buyin levels for all levels of players to participate. They literally did what you are suggesting. Nothing else to do here but commend a great structure by RG and FD.

Yea I think it’s great, but still room for improvement. They didn’t literally do what I suggested, re read my suggestion. The best way to win is to play every day for all 6 weeks. Flyweight players don’t play $50-$100 tourneys every night for a week.

It’s a contest FOR EVERYONE, there’s a mix of all levels. If you don’t want to play the 100 buyin that is your choice just like a lot of higher end players won’t be wasting their time entering the small buyin weeks. It goes both ways. Your complaint is it’s not catered enough to lower end players instead of complementing them for creating a contest that literally caters to every level of player throughout the six weeks AND has FREE stuff added. Each week is independent of itself. Just say thank you and keep it moving or I’ll say this a different way.. Your suggestion is bad and is not in the best interests of all RG Members. It is in the best interests of your own personal wants and play limits. The structure they came up with is far better and IS in the best interests of the community overall. Stop complaining.

So why wouldn’t high end players enter the small buy in weeks (which you’re wrong, they will)? Their best chance of making it to the end is to play them all. Do they really have to waste a lot of time making tough decisions on those high risk $1-25 entries?

Each week is independent of itself. But the highest probability of winning it is to play every entry every week. Which BTW I know for a fact high end players (like the ones on the top 10 of the leaderboard) play 100’s of < $5 entries every night.

I love that they are running something like this, just wish it was lower entries so everyone could participate every week. It’s not a complaint, it’s a suggestion, just like you said later in your rant.

Also congrats on your win the 28th!

Page one, entry #15 right now – Chipotle Addict. I thought those players wouldn’t be wasting their time in these small buyin weeks?

Is it just a 6 person final (the 6 weekly winners) if I’m reading this right?

  • timmyrichie

Maybe Im reading it wrong but it says the 6 winners are guaranteed a spot but it doesn’t say those are the only 6 spots —- so maybe another way (cumulative overall score, etc.) to get there?

I’ve already competed in a few of the single entry contests over the last 4 or 5 days. I didn’t see this promo until now and just now linked my FanDuel account. Can you guys verify I participated already and credit the free month of lineupHQ?

To add to this suggestion, shouldn’t the rankings be based on the highest finishes and not highest scores scores? Ex. a 1st place finish on a 5 game slate could have a lower score than a 300th place finish on a 10 game slate with lots of value open.

Another Ex: I had finishes of 976, 259, 207,and 188 this week. However due to me not playing sat/sun because of a wedding and Sunday being a high scoring day, I am ranked below someone who’s top 4 finishes were 1149, 740, 689, 390. I’m sure this is the case for many more, I just used mine because I knew this would happen.

Has anyone else not received vouchers? I finished in the top 30 last week when the prizes went to the top 39, but haven’t received anything.

  • winsomelosemost

I think you get the ticket on the day of the contest. Does anyone have the prize list for the people who didn’t finish 1st?

Fanduel vouchers are usually issued the day of contest, but you should get an email notifying you of winning the entry.
