UFC Fight Night: A Contrarian Take - Figueiredo vs. Moreno
Happy Friday everyone, and welcome to a Contrarian Take on UFC Fight Night: Figueiredo vs. Moreno.
It seems like just a few weeks ago I was writing up a card highlighted by a Figueiredo Main Event, and here we are again. We had a tough card last weekend with three fights cancelled in the hours before the start of the event, leaving us with only 8 fights total, 7 of which were won by the favorites. That lead to a massive tie for first place in the DraftKings big GPP with Marvin Vettori putting up the biggest score of the night in the Main Event with his five-round decision victory over Jack Hermansson.
This weekend we are already down to 10 fights scheduled with a five-round Main Event between Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno as Figueiredo defends his Flyweight title.
