UFC Fight Night: Reyes vs. Prochazka - A Contrarian Take

Happy weekend everyone! We’re back with A Contrarian Take on UFC Fight Night: Reyes vs. Prochazka. We have an 11-fight card that should have a high amount of action which sets up for an exciting DFS slate. The Main Event is a five-round match (the only on the slate) between Dominick Reyes and Jiri Prochazka that is -350 to end within the distance. Let’s take a look at the card and see if we can find some under-owned fighters who can help our GPP lineups:

Rong Zhu: We have an interesting card to say the least for this UFC Event, with five fighters having a 20% or greater chance of a first-round finish, but due to three five-round title fights on the card, none of those fighters are projected as the highest-owned (or even second-highest owned) fighter on the slate. Rong Zhu carries the highest odds of a first-round finish (+230/28%) and could go overlooked and under-owned at $9100 on DK. Both the title fights and the unfamiliarity with Rong Zhu making his UFC debut at this event should suppress his ownership below what it should be according to the odds, giving us a leverage opportunity.
