Tuesday, January 20th
Here we are on another College Basketball Tuesday. We are getting into the heart of the conference season, and as you can see this year, being at home really matters for most of these teams as road wins are rare. It is factored into the over/unders, but just like last night Georgetown absolutely crushed the #4 team in the country at home essentially making Villanova picks worthless. I am not using home/road to choose who I pick generally, but if I am torn between two players I will use it as a tiebreaker.
Kansas State at Iowa State

Kansas State
Marcus Foster – Foster is still extremely cheap across the industry and not really for good reason. He is the go-to player on Kansas State but had a few games where he had basically 0 fantasy points because of poor play and a benching. He is back to being the highest usage guy on the Wildcats and should enjoy the uptempo style of the Cyclones in this one. I am fading the rest of the team as they all spread the ball around and are appropriately priced. If Foster goes off, it makes it extremely hard for anyone else to get to vlaue.
Iowa State
Jameel McKay – McKay has basically a 3 block floor and a 15 point floor on FanDuel if he continues playing 20 minutes per game. He is a great play on FanDuel for 5,200 due to his athleticism and this may be the only game that Iowa State plays this year where they have the tallest guy on the floor. McKay is a great matchup for this game and a great player to have on the court and I think Hoiberg is going to try to get him extra minutes in this one because of the matchup problems that he creates on the court against the weaker Kansas State interior defense.
Dustin Hogue – I am a big fan of Hogue’s and have been riding his low salary for a while. He has been stuck around 6,000 for a long time and many times has provided solid value at that price in the last month. Hogue is a junkyard dog type who grabs offensive rebounds along with helping out defensively and should be considered against a Kansas State team who struggles at rebounding and struggles on the defensive end in the paint. Hogue has massive upside at times and is a solid gamble here.
