Dolphins vs. Steelers MNF Weather Report & Forecast

Sticking with the trend of the week, it’s cold! Temperatures here will be in the teens, but thankfully winds are light and no precipitation is expected. I’ll keep the forecast updated here, on my NFL weather page, and on Twitter/X, @KevinRothWx.

How Will the Dolphins vs. Steelers Weather Affect Betting & Fantasy Football Picks?

We do see a slight correlation between cold weather and scoring (the colder it is, the fewer points are scored), but this isn’t as impactful of a correlation as something like high wind or heavy rain. I’m considering this a slight downgrade to offense, but the game should mostly play without impact. I’m also not really a believer in the “warm weather teams play poorly in cold weather cities” thing. Although the Dolphins do have a streak of poor performance of late in cold weather, I believe that’s mostly coincidental.
