TNF Weather Report and Forecast for Rams vs. Seahawks (12/18)

Nacua of the Rams

Thursday Night Football is kicking off Week 16 with one of the few “bad weather” games of the week, as the Rams head up north to a gusty Seattle, Washington.

Below, we’ll break down the NFL weather report and expected conditions to take into account for betting and fantasy football purposes.

Location Seattle, WA
Time 8:15 PM ET
Date Thursday, December 18th, 2025
Temperature 50 F
Precipitation 50%
Wind 15 mph sustained, early wind gusts around 40mph

Rams vs. Seahawks TNF Weather Report & Forecast

Active weather, especially pre-game and early in-game. Winds will be rocking pregame, with gusts up to around 50 mph, but those winds will gradually taper off throughout the game. I expect to see winds around kickoff sustained at 15-20 mph, with gusts near 40 mph, but by the 2nd half sustained winds may be at 15 mph or less, with gusts more like 30 mph. There’s also the chance for some rain, though I don’t think the coverage or intensity looks all that alarming, so I don’t consider the rain to be a big issue. I’ll keep the forecast updated here, on my NFL weather page, and on Twitter/X, @KevinRothWx.

How Will the Rams vs. Seahawks Weather Affect Betting & Fantasy Football Picks?

A tale of two halves, the weather in the 1st half could bring impactful winds, but I don’t think it will last all game. I would only consider fading kickers here; I would not fade quarterbacks or receivers.
