Bears vs. Commanders MNF Weather Report & Forecast

The worst of the weather in the Mid-Atlantic comes Sunday, and we’ll see lighter winds by the time Monday Night Football rolls around. Still, some rain is likely. I’ve got a 60% chance for rain during the game, and while rainfall totals could stay low (a few hundreths of an inch of rain), it’s still likely enough to make the field and ball a bit slick. I’ll keep the forecast updated here, on my NFL weather page, and on Twitter/X, @KevinRothWx.

How Will the Bears vs. Commanders Weather Affect Betting & Fantasy Football Picks?

With some rain and a 10mph wind, I think we see a bit of an impact to the passing game. It’s certainly not “we can’t throw in this” kind of weather, but I do think we will see a bit of an impact to the efficiency of the passing attack. Maybe a few dropped balls, a slipped route, an off-target pass, etc. I’m considering the weather as a slight bump down to offense, in particular to the passing game.
