Week 15 Kings: WRs & TEs

Wide Receiver

Odell Beckham Jr. ($8,400) – The Giants have made a point to force feed Beckham Jr. over the past few weeks and the DFS results have been glorious. Beckham has at least six catches and 90 yards in his last six games. More specifically, last game he was targeted 15 times and hauled in 11 catches for 130 yards and a TD. The Giants have nothing to play for at this point in the season and it seems as though their number one priority is featuring Beckham. He is an elite top-tier WR play for week 15.

Alshon Jeffery ($8,200) – Alshon Jeffery has been one of the better and more consistent NFL wide receivers the last two seasons. He will now have the opportunity to produce even more with the season ending injury to Brandon Marshall. Jeffery has double digit fantasy points in the Bears last six games. The Monday night match-up is elite as well versus the very porous defense of the New Orleans Saints.

Jordy Nelson ($7,800) – Nelson has a very friendly price tag this week of $7,800, as he is quite a bit lower than the other top-tier wide receivers. Nelson has just as much upside as any wide receiver in the NFL due to the potency of the Packers offense. Jordy Nelson is averaging 22.7 fantasy points per game on the season which trails only Demaryius Thomas and Antonio Brown.

Jeremy Maclin ($6,100) – Maclin is another guy that is priced too low on Draftkings. Much like many opponents of the Seattle Seahawks, the Eagle’s offense was very underwhelming last week, which has led to many price drops. Maclin’s three previous games were very solid (average of seven catches and over 80 yards). The PHI/DAL game has the highest over/under of the week at 55, therefore targeting players here makes a lot of sense.

GPP

A.J. Green ($8,500) – Green draws a tough match-up with lock-down cornerback Joe Haden. Haden is a great cornerback, however, he has shown some vulnerabilities this season while getting beat deep on multiple occasions. Green is an elite WR that will be under owned this week due to his tough match-up. Green is a great GPP only play this week.

Tight End

Jimmy Graham ($6,300) – I must admit it is very difficult to write-up a guy that has a total of 5.5 fantasy points in the last two weeks. Two weeks ago, the Steelers sacrificed basically everything on defense to stop Graham. Their strategy worked on Graham, however Brees threw for five touchdowns and the won the game. Last week against Carolina, the Saints offense was a complete mess and never got anything going at all. Graham is an elite tight end and I’m willing to bet he will have a monster performance sometime soon. The match-up this week is very solid against the terrible defense of the Bears.

Martellus Bennett ($5,900) – Bennett is in play this week simply due to the injury to Brandon Marshall. Bennett had a monster week 14 performance catching 12 passes for 84 yards, most of which was done after Marshall left the game. Bennett will definitely pick up some additional targets in the absence of Marshal, making him very DFS relevant.

GPP

Rob Gronkowski ($7,600) – With a much tighter salary cap this week, paying up for Gronkowski will be difficult to do, therefore I think he is an ideal GPP candidate. His match-up this week is less than ideal versus the dolphins who rank as the best team in the NFL at stopping opposing tight ends. However, Gronk is a beast and near match-up proof. I like Gronk as a very high upside GPP play in week 15.
