Notorious’ Weekly Routine
Ah, the ever-important routine of a DFS player. Your daily or weekly routine that is devoted to DFS should be tailor-made to each sport. When it comes to NFL, some people like to spend hours upon hours watching film, some like to stick to statistics, some like to scour the injury news, and some like to wait until the DFS content comes out near the end of the week.
Regardless of what your routine looks like, it should be a constant week-in-and-week-out process during the NFL season. Do you remember back to the first lesson when I said to trust the process? This is where that comes into play. It doesn’t matter if you had a great or a terrible performance in the previous week. Your process needs to stay consistent throughout the season. You can always fine-tune the process throughout the season, but you want to get into a nice routine week to week.
I am writing this course in August, so I don’t have my routine completely mapped out just yet, but I will try to share as much of my routine as I can remember from last NFL season. While the official start of a week is always Sunday, my weekly fantasy football routine starts on Monday night after the final game of the week is over.
