DvP is presented in terms of percentages, so if C9 has an O:T of 1.12, it means they give up 12% more points to enemy top laners than the average team in their region. If C9 has a W:A of 0.95, it means that they give up 5% less points to enemy ADCs when winning than the average team in their region does when winning, etc.
