NYJ RB Austin Walter, RB La'Mical Perine, and WR Jamison Crowder listed inactive Sunday
Austin Walter, La'Mical Perine, and Jamison Crowder have all been listed inactive for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. With Walter and Perine inactive, Tevin Coleman and Ty Johnson will be available to backup Michael Carter, who should see the bulk of the work. The loss of Crowder will be a big hit to the New York offense that is already struggling as it is. Braxton Berrios and Keelan Cole will become the top receivers and could be considered as value options this weekend, though it is tough to trust any member of the Jets offense at this point.
NYJ RB Austin Walter signed to active roster from practice squad
Austin Walter has been signed to the active roster from the practice squad ahead of the Jets matchup with the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Walter has split time with Ty Johnson as Tevin Coleman the last couple of weeks and has earned a spot on the active roster. Walter is expected to continue in this role for the time being and has supplanted La'Mical Perine in the running back rotation. Despite Walter's increased role he still remains DFS irrelevant and will likely remain that way the rest of the season barring injury.

Walter should play a role in the backfield for the Jets and will likely see some touches but not enough to be considered DFS relevant. Brown should see some snaps at tight end backing up Ryan Griffin though there are better options than either on this weekend's slate.
