Nic Claxton (hamstring) ruled out; DeAndre Bembry (back spasms) available on Friday. No changes here to projections as we projected this to be the case.

Nic Claxton (hamstring) is trending towards likely being out on Friday while DeAndre' Bembry remains a game-time decision. With Claxton out, the Nets likely turn to Day'Ron Sharpe again for a spot start, with LaMarcus Aldridge backing him up in a revenge narative. Both Claxton and Aldridge would hold some GPP appeal. Bembry's status would impact more of the fringe secondary players like Bruce Brown and Kessler Edwards. Edwards played 35 minutes last game but with Kyrie Irving and James Harden around him, his usage remains fairly low.

DeAndre’ Bembry (back spasms) has been ruled out on Wednesday against the Wizards. Bembry's minutes should get dispersed among the second unit players like Bruce Brown and Cameron Thomas. Overall there's not much of a DFS impact here.

Bembry was expected to be in the starting lineup today but now Kessler Edwards could take his spot and see a bump in minutes. The rest of Bembry's minutes should be split between the other bench guards/wings the top candidates being Cam Thomas, Bruce Brown and David Duke increasing their value.

The Nets were already without Paul Millsap due to the NBA's health and safety protocols, but now they'll be extremely shorthanded for Tuesday's matchup against the Toronto Raptors as Aldridge, Bembry, Johnson, and Carter have all entered the protocols and will be out for a currently undetermined amount of time. Their absences should lead to one of Nic Claxton or Blake Griffin receiving the start at the center position alongside Kevin Durant in the frontcourt, while Bruce Brown figures to be the leading candidate to start on the wing in place of Bembry since head coach Steve Nash has preferred to keep Cam Thomas in a reserve role whenever possible to this point in the season.
