Graham DeLaet Daily Fantasy News, Rankings, Projections

Ten Minutes to roster lock, still time to double check lineups

There was quite a bit of pre-tournament field movement this week. While none of the players listed above are what many would consider being key pieces, please double-check lineups to make sure to remove these golfers. Good luck this week Grinders, resultsDb will be up and running a few minutes after lock.

Graham DeLaet is no longer in the field

Graham Delaet has pulled out of the Farmers Insurance Open with a bad back. He will be replaced by Josh Teater.

Graham DeLaet set to return after a long layoff

Graham DeLaet has not played a round of PGA Tour golf since October of 2017. Forced to miss this extended time with a back injury, DeLaet will make his return to tour action via a major medical extension. Needing to earn less than 300 FedEx Cup points in his 24 starts a healthy DeLaet should have no problem securing his card via that medical extension. Prior to his injury DeLaet was a golfer who you could feel comfortable targeting as a value option most weeks. Much like Bo Van Pelt at last week's Safeway, we should take a wait and see approach with DeLaet.

Graham Delaet ranks as a top value play on DraftKings

Graham Delaet holds the unenviable distinction as being in the conversation of talented players yet to win on the PGA Tour. Delaet started off his 8th full-time season on tour last week with a very solid 5th place finish at the Safeway Open. This 94thth ranked player in the world rates out as one of the top plays in terms of PT/$K in the DraftKings RotoGrinders Player projection tool for the CIMB Classic. At $7,500 Delaet offers a great appeal as a salary relief for almost any type of roster construction build for the CIMB Classic. His style of play very much reminds me of multiple CIMB Champion Ryan Moore. Much like Moore, Delaet is known for his ability to hit high-quality golf shots, and on a course that tends to favor accurate iron shots, he should have a ton of great looks at birdies this week. Delaet has one top ten finish at Kuala Lumpur Golf & C.C and the combination of his current form and reasonable price makes him a great play in all formats this week.

Graham DeLaet projects as a top value play on FanDuel

The RotoGrinders FanDuel players projections have Graham Delaet ranked as one the top picks in terms of PT/$K for this week's RBC Canadian Open. The Canadian Open is a big week for players like Delaet. Not only is he one of the best players in the field to have not won a PGA Tour event, Delaet is also one of the best Canadian golfers in the world. This Canadian-born golfer has 4 international victories to his name but has yet to win on U.S. soil. Delaet's 9 top 25 or better finishes have him positioned to make a deep run in this year's FedEx Cup race. DeLaet has not played consistently well in his previous attempts at the Canadian Open, but his low price combined with an accurate skill set creates a great opportunity to buy low on a talented player.

Graham DeLaet projects as a top value play on FanDuel

The RotoGrinders FanDuel players projections have Graham Delaet ranked as one the top picks in terms of PT/$K for this week's Greenbrier Classic. Delaet should be considered a top candidate for the title of best players yet to win a PGA tour event. This Canadian-born golfer has 4 international victories to his name, but has yet to win on U.S. soil. Delaet's 8 top 25 or better finishes have him positioned to make a deep run in this year's FedEx Cup race. In four attempts at The Greenbrier Classic Delaet has four made cuts and one top 15 finish, and his very reasonable price of $6,700 should make him one of the more popular FandDuel plays.
