Philadelphia Eagles trade TE/WR J.J. Arcega-Whiteside to the Seattle Seahawks for DB Ugo Amadi.

Jalen Reagor will play Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers while JJ Arcega-Whiteside will be inactive. Coach Sirianni expressed hope earlier in the week that Reagor would be able to play this weekend and he will be able to do just that. Reagor should slot back into his role as wide receiver 2 behind Devonta Smith and should see a healthy amount of targets in a game that will likely be high scoring. JJ Arcega-Whiteside did not practice all week and is still dealing with an ankle injury. Arcega-Whiteside is not expected to be DFS relevant and his absence should have little to no DFS impact.

Jalen Reagor has returned to practice Thursday ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Los Angels Chargers. Coach Sirianni expressed hope earlier in the week that Reagor would be able to play this weekend and returning to practice is a huge step forward. Reagor should slot back into his role as wide receiver 2 behind Devonta Smith and should see a healthy amount of targets in a game that will likely be high scoring. JJ Arcega-Whiteside did not practice again on Thursday as he is still dealing with an ankle injury. Arcega-Whiteside is not expected to be DFS relevant and his potential absence should have little to no DFS impact.

John Hightower is inactive Sunday while JJ Arcega-Whiteside and Quez Watkins are active. These are all bottom of the depth chart WRs for the Eagles, so none of them have significant projected roles of any kind.

Arcega-Whiteside received a positive test on Thursday morning, and he's been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list along with Hightower and Clement, who were deemed as high-risk close contacts. Hightower and Clement would need to test negative for five consecutive days to be cleared to return to team facilities, so they've effectively been ruled out this Sunday's Week 11 matchup against the Cleveland Browns as they continue to isolate from the team. Arcega-Whiteside only has five targets on the season and was a healthy inactive for last week's loss with the return of Alshon Jeffery, so the impact from his absence will be minimal, if not nonexistent, while both Hightower and Clement have also had minuscule roles in the offense when the Eagles are close to full strength. However, Quez Watkins can still be expected to be active in place of Hightower as the fifth wide receiver this weekend.

Arcega-Whiteside being out wasn't a surprise, as he was doubtful on the final injury report. Hakeem Butler was just signed recently, so he must need more time to settle in. The Eagles offensive skill positions are a mess, and they will have five active RBs, 4 WRs and 2 TEs Sunday night. They will need to be creative to score tonight, and are significant underdogs. Zach Ertz and Miles Sanders are their proven players, but the WR group of Greg Ward, John Hightower, Deontay Burnett and Travis Fulgham does not inspire confidence.

Jackson, Jeffery, and Arcega-Whiteside didn't participate in practice for a second consecutive day, and they'll likely need to at least put in a limited session on Friday to be able to play in Sunday night's Week 4 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers despite battling their respective ailments. This means that Greg Ward was the only wide receiver on the Eagles active roster to practice today with Jalen Reagor still on injured reserve, though Quez Watkins hasn't been ruled out after having his 21-day practice window to return from injured reserve activated earlier in the week, and Deontay Burnett, Travis Fulgham, and Marcus Green are available to be recalled from the practice squad at any time. Additionally, John Hightower was also missing from practice on Thursday, but with no designation given on the practice report, it appears likely he'll fine to be one of the top two receivers for Carson Wentz if Jackson and Jeffery are unable to suit up this weekend.

Agholor has been ruled out for Sunday, while Arcega-Whiteside does not carry an injury designation into the weekend. Arcega-Whiteside should work as the second WR behind Greg Ward.
