As expected, N'Keal Harry and J.J. Taylor are both out Monday. This is the second straight game missed by Harry, which is particularly concerning given that he is dealing with a concussion. The Patriots have a rookie kicker on their practice squad, Justin Rohrwasser, and he would be the likely replacement if Folk is out.
