Golf moves to primetime as The Tour heads to Korea for this week's CJ Cup. Just a reminder that you have just about two hours to finish up your rosters. As of now, there is no major news to report and it appears that Luke List, Pat Perez, and Matt Jones are all ready to play. There had been speculation earlier in the week around all three not playing. ResultsDB will be up and running 15 minutes after rosters lock. Please check back to see how your lineups stack up against the field. As always we will post any late-breaking news before lock. Again roster lock is at 7:00 P.M. eastern time, so please get those rosters sets.

Earlier today there was a big cloud of uncertainty as Pat Perez, Matt Jones, and Luke List all had their tee times removed from the PGA Tour website. All three players now have times listed on the site and appear ready to play this week. As always we will keep an eye on any news up until lock. Just a reminder that rosters lock Wednesday evening for this event in Korea.

While there has been no official word on any player withdrawing this week, the three players listed above are missing an official tee time on the PGA Tour website. We will keep an eye on the news wire and provide official information when it becomes available. For now, the best plan of action is to avoid adding any of these golfers to your roster build pools.

Both DraftKings and Fanduel have updated their pricing pools to reflect changes made to the field after salaries were released. The four Monday qualifiers plus Cameron Davis have been added to LineupHq and are available to add to builds. Unlike last week our Monday qualifiers are pretty much an inexperienced group. Taking the place for the injured Matt Jones, Cameron Davis is worth a dart throw in Gpp's for the week. In two starts this season Davis has a top 30 finish at last week's Sanderson Farms. Having finished outside the top 160 in last year's FedEx Cup race, Davis should have plenty of extra incentive to play well early in the season.

After pulling out of last week's tournament due to a bad back, Matt Jones is still not healthy enough to compete this week. Jones withdrew this morning and will be replaced in the field by Cameron Davis.

The line between success and failure on The PGA Tour is often smaller than most realize. After missing the top 150 in the final FedEx Cup standings the past two seasons, Matt Jones has started to show some positive signs in his golf game. Prior to his decline in form towards the end of the 2016 season, Jones played his way inside the top 75 in FedEx Cup standings for three years in a row. Jones returns to The Texas Open this week with both a strong course history and a bit of good form. This former Texas Open Champion has made six cuts in a row including back to back top 20 or better finishes. Jones is a good driver of the golf ball and enters this week with the type of form worthy of a roster choice in terms of value and upside.

It’s the second week for PGA contests on FanDuel and the DFS community continues to experiment with strategies regarding the new scoring and roster format. Once again, big contrasts exist between FanDuel’s PGA pricing and that of other sites including DraftKings. Among the starkest disparities is Matt Jones who is priced highly at $9.3K on DraftKings (9th highest salary) and just $5.7K on FanDuel (#52 on FD salary list). Jones projects to have weak GPP ownership on DK but could have heavy ownership on FanDuel especially in a Rd 1-2 roster slot. An aggressive contrarian might completely fade Jones on FanDuel and increase exposure on DraftKings. Similar variations exist for Peter Uihlein and Brandon Hagy. DraftKings had some puzzling pricing anomalies earlier this season, but they seem to have subsided recently. It will be interesting to see how FanDuel’s PGA pricing evolves over the coming weeks. As of 9:00 PM ET on Wednesday night, significant overlays remain in most PGA contests on FanDuel.
