LVR TE Nick Bowers inactive Saturday

Nick Bowers will be inactive for Saturday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Bowers was expected to serve as tight end depth but will not be needed this weekend. His absence doesn't figure to be DFS relevant.

LVR TE Nick Bowers inactive Sunday night

Nick Bowers will be inactive Sunday night when the Raiders take on the Los Angeles Chargers. Bowers was expected to serve as tight end depth if Darren Waller was unable to play, but with Waller active Bowers will no longer be needed. Waller should instantly slot back in as one of Derek Carr's top options in the passing game and all other pass-catchers should see their expected production decrease. Waller can be considered in all formats and even in the captain spot as he has the potential to be the highest scoring player on the slate. It is worth noting that it is a possibility that Waller could be limited in his first game action since Thanksgiving.

Darren Waller officially inactive Monday afternoon

No surprise here, but passing along confirmation given the island game. With Waller out of action, some of the target share will shift over to the WR/RB positions, but Foster Moreau should eat up the majority of what is left behind for the TEs with Daniel Helm and Nick Bowers also potentially factoring into the equation. Hunter Renfrow benefits here, as does Bryan Edwards and Zay Jones.

LVR TE Nick Bowers (shoulder/neck) ruled out for Sunday

Nick Bowers (shoulder/neck) has been ruled out for Sunday ahead of the Raiders matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Raiders have been struggling with tight end depth behind Darren Waller and Foster Moreau after losing Derek Carrier and now Nick Bowers. Matt Bushman is on the practice squad and could potentially be elevated but should not have much if any DFS impact. Waller remains a top tight end and should be the only member of this group considered in DFS contests.
