Patrick Eaves Daily Fantasy News, Rankings, Projections
This player is on the downswing of his career, but is still a solid contributor.
Despite being on the downswing of his career, Ryan Getzlaf is still a player you can count on for offensive fantasy production — when he is on the ice. The oft-injured forward is centering Rickard Rakell and Patrick Eaves on the top line at the moment in a game in which the Anaheim Ducks host the Minnesota Wild — a team on the tail-end of a back to back. After defeating the Los Angeles Kings last night, they tired Wild team will take on a Ducks team that has struggled in the possession game as they rank 30th with a 42.77 CF%. Given the back to back situation for Minnesota, that should help offset some of this and allow the Ducks to put the puck in the net a few times.
Ducks' veteran has 12 goals in 21 games with team
Patrick Eaves is back for the Ducks and checks in at a fantastic price, especially on FanDuel where he is just $4,300. Eaves is schedule to skate with Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry on the Ducks' top line as well as the team's top power play unit. Eaves scored the game-winning-goal in his first game of the season, and it seems he enjoys playing with the Ducks as he has now potted 12 goals in just 21 regular season games with Anaheim. The Ducks will take on an upstart Colorado Avalanche team that is 3-1. Colorado will start backup Jonathan Bernier in net, and he is no stranger to the Ducks as he spent last season with them. Eaves is a guy who will contribute with a couple shots on goal, and his price should be taken advantage of until it rises to more appropriate levels.
