Sergio Rodriguez (hamstring) officially ruled out tonight for 76ers; will miss remainder of season

Rodriguez has missed the last six games due to his hamstring injury and he's officially being shut down for the season. T.J. McConnell will continue to start and play plenty of minutes while Nik Stauskas picks up extended minutes off the bench. Philadelphia takes on the Bucks tonight, which favors point guards over other positions.

Sergio Rodriguez remains OUT for 76ers; Dario Saric still on minutes limit

Rodriguez has been out since March 26th and is out once again today meaning T.J. McConnell will likely start at PG and be a viable DFS option. Gerald Henderson and Tiago Splitter are both available but are not viable DFS options while Dario Saric will continue to be on a 24 minute limit thus removing him as a viable DFS play.

Sergio Rodriguez remains OUT for 76ers; Henderson and Splitter probable and Saric on minutes limit

Rodriguez hasn't played since March 26th and is out again today meaning T.J. McConnell will once again get the start at PG and be a viable DFS option, especially facing the Brooklyn Nets. Gerald Henderson and Tiago Splitter are both probable but are not viable DFS options while news came out today that phenom rookie Dario Saric will be on a 24 minute limit the remainder of the season thus removing him as a viable DFS play.

Jahlil Okafor (sore knee) and Sergio Rodriguez (hamstring) will not travel for their upcoming road trip as well

Jahlil Okafor has missed five of the last six games and Richaun Holmes has been starting in his place. Holmes has been pretty effective and will likely log 30+ minutes on Friday against the Cavs. The upside might not be as high because we expect his salary to spike after another strong performance. Sergio Rodriguez will be out for a while with a hamstring injury and T.J. McConnell has played heavy minutes with Rodriguez out. McConnell will continue to be a viable option against the Cavs.

Sergio Rodriguez (left hamstring strain) ruled out for tonight; Tiago Splitter available to play

Rodriguez will not play in tonight's game against the Brooklyn Nets after previously being listed as questionable on the Sixers' injury report with a strained left hamstring. His absence from the rotation significantly raises the minute floor of T.J. McConnell, making him an elite tournament pivot off chalkier options like Tyler Ulis and Ish Smith at point guard. Nik Stauskas is also now in play for tournaments, as he will be required to soak up some backup point guard minutes and extra reserve shooting guard minutes with Gerald Henderson sidelined as well. Additionally, Tiago Splitter will be available to make his Sixers' debut after being recalled from the D-League earlier in the day. His role in the rotation remains unknown but does make Shawn Long a less appealing tournament option given the risk of losing some minutes to Splitter.

Jahlil Okafor and Gerald Henderson OUT for 76ers; Sergio Rodriguez and Tiago Splitter questionable

Okafor remains out for Philadelphia while Henderson has been ruled out after playing in the teams last game with left hip soreness. Sergio Rodriguez has been downgraded to questionable while Tiago Splitter went through the team shootaround and is also questionable. Richaun Holmes will continue to be the biggest beneficiary of Okafor sitting and is a viable option going against Brook Lopez and the Nets tonight. Rodriguez is coming off a solid outing but has been downgraded to questionable with hamstring tightness. If he can't go, T.J. McConnell will see all the work he can handle at the point. With Henderson out and Rodriguez shaky, expect Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot to log some heavy minutes as well.

Joel Embiid and T.J. McConnell questionable for 76ers tonight

Embiid is battling the flu and missed shootaround this morning and is considered questionable for the 76ers game against the Raptors tonight. McConnell did take part in the shootaround and looks as if he might be able to give it a go tonight (is listed as questionable by the team) - his return would be a hit to Sergio Rodriguez's value. Nerlens Noel was listed as probable and should play.

T.J. McConnell will start ahead of Sergio Rodriguez today

Rodriguez will be available to play off the bench in today's game against the Brooklyn Nets after previously being listed as questionable on the Sixers injury report with a sprained left ankle that had forced him to miss the last three games. T.J. McConnell will remain in the starting line up at point guard on Sunday, but it will be interesting to see if this might be a permanent move by Sixers head coach Brett Brown. With Rodriguez active, McConnell is no longer the only point guard on the Sixers roster and his minutes should be expected to take a hit, although Brown hinted at the possibility of McConnell still seeing starters' minutes. McConnell is still in play for the all day slates but is no longer a lock for cash games given his price increase and the the return of Rodriguez to the rotation.

Joel Embiid (illness) and Gerald Henderson (hip) will play tonight; Sergio Rodriguez ruled out

Embiid and Henderson will play in tonight's game against the Boston Celtics after previously being listed on the Sixers' injury report due to an illness and sore hip respectively. Henderson had missed the Sixers' previous three games but will reportedly not be subject to a minutes restriction in his return. Additionally, Sergio Rodriguez has officially been ruled out after previously being downgraded to questionable earlier in the day. In his absence, T.J. McConnell becomes an elite option, especially on FanDuel, as he should see all the minutes he can handle being the only true point guard on Philadelphia's active roster.
